Great burgers - try the 'green chili cheeseburger!' (this is a ranked top burger place in US; and Hatch is world's 'chili capital') - the BBQ is also great - my fav' is the pulled pork; such a fun place; take a sundae or root beer float for the road. If the line's out the door - don't worry, that's... More

My husband and I stopped here on a return trip from T or C. You order & pay at the counter, take your number & have a seat. We were there on a Thursday so the wait wasn't too bad. We have been here when the line snakes out the door!! Always worth the wait ~ line or not. You... More

I am in my sixties and had a few hamburgers in my life but this by far...was the best cheeseburger with local Hatch chile peppers I ever had! The long line outside should have been an indication of what was inside... The collection of old world signs and advertisement that surrounded us in ever room brought us back to good... More

Just stopped by this place for lunch. Had the Double burger. It was great! Lots of flavor and just enough spice to make your nose run! This place should be featured on the Travel Channel's "Burger Paradise" show. Definitely worth a try.

This is always a must stop for us when traveling through. Fun place with great food, especially if you like it spicy!

We stopped at Sparky's on our way to T and C and let me tell you the food is amazing. The hatch chile burger was delicious and the cheese fries were so good too. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful eclectic interior, wonderful comfort food, pleasant waitstaff and neat town. Drove 45 miles each way from Elephant Butte to eat here. Glad we stopped in. Excellent BBQ, burgers and fries with a Hatch chili experience too.

S, you think...a green chili cheeseburger...then you take that first bite and you have complete understanding of why you have heard rave reviews about it. Try it, you'll love it! :)

We stopped here and ordered chicken fingers and a hatch chili cheeseburger. The food was very good and the restaurant is really fun to see. There are many old signs and a cool old jukebox, I would recommend that you stop by on your way through.

Large hamburger patty perfectly prepared as requested (medium rare) smothered in cheese and Hatch green chilis. The pineapple coleslaw paired very well with the medium heat from the chilis. Too bad there's no beer, though.
