Great place. Great food, lovely and friendly help. Recommend this place. Not to far from the freeway and easy to access. Stop by!

La Nueva Casita is a bustling place with great local flavor. Their salsa is great, queso is very good and enchiladas represent our New Mexico culture perfectly.

Fabulous food, fun waitstaff and a great atmosphere is found at La Nueva Casita! I have enjoyed every dish I have tried here, but my favorite standby is the chili rellenos with 1/2 red and 1/2 greens sauce and their chicken tacos. Yum!! Great chips and an absolutely perfect salsa are presented at your table before you have even had... More

I stopped at La Casita for lunch. The service was fast and friendly and the food magnificent Mexican. I had the chile rellenos and the green sauce was perfect.

I ordered beef fajitas with refried beans and my boyfriend ordered the special, chicken tacos. Fresh guac on both our orders. I had to threaten him to leave my left over fajitas alone. Our food was out before we knew it.

Nice sit down mexican experience. Good amount of choices. For myself and my wife 20 bucks that was the special and my chimaconga and two sodas.

We go to this restaurant weekly. It has the feel of old Mexico where we used to live. Their luncheon specials feature Mexican dishes not frequently found elsewhere. They offer different sides from the usual rice and refried beans. I like the borracho beans and the calibasitos (a stew of squash and zucchini. Their red sauce is very good. The... More

Very nice people run this restaurant. Excellent service. No beer or alcoholic beverages. The name changed a number of years ago and now it is called La Nueva Casita Cafe. I got the chimichanga which was excellent. As with many neighborhood restaurants in Las Cruces, the prices are reasonable and the food is authentic.

From the chips and salsa to the entrees to the chocolate flan everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Our son was also thrilled because they serve breakast all day and he was able to get his favorite pancakes - a great surprise for a kid who doesn't love mexican food. We all left super full and satisfied. If you... More
