I tell the server when I arrive the steak will be wrong and guess what? It is. They either call it a 30.30 or blue but it always is medium rare. Try to get a manager involved in the re fire or it will come back the same way. The steak cooks are unable to cook a rare of blue... More

The waitstaff and manager were quite attentive to insure we were taken care of and had not concerns during our visit. I had ordered a chopped steak and asked that it be well done but found some areas that were very under cooked. Diners with me tried the salmon and the pork chop and were very pleased. The baked sweet... More

Love the steaks and chopped beef dishes. Yummy salads and sides too. Margaritas come with an extra shot if you wish!! Can be noisy, but the food is worth it.

Hit this place on Wednesday night. Felt like a Saturday. Sat the bar. The bar tenders great and speedy service. Food was fresh and prepared to order. A lot of drunks around the bar. I guess that is an oxymoron, but they were little excessive Over all not bad. Probably return on further visits

We went for our anniversary dinner on Dec 23. At 5pm the place was packed, but we were seated immediately. Food was delicious, as usual (we both had fllets and shrimp this time). Staff were really in a holiday mood, singing and dancing. Service was excellent. Loud, but since that is normal here, not an issue. This is definitely one... More

Las Cruces isn't overwhelmed with good steaks -- Roadhouse is as good as it gets here -- ribs and burgers are good too

Very disappointed. After an hour wait they finally brought out our food. I had ordered a ribeye. When it was served it was an extremely thin (less than 1/4") slab of something. It was over cooked and cold. My wife had ordered chicken and it was so gross she wouldn't even try it. This restaurant has been going down hill... More

Management was very accessible and efficient. GM checked on us several time while there. I like my steak blue and almost no one gets it on the first try. Steak cooks out here always overcook the beef so plan on a re fire if you want it blue. Think its a cultural thing. Steaks perfectly aged.

Ok. Where to start. Steak was very average and not well aged if at all. Super loud. Couldn't hold a conversation. Told the server I would give here 20.00 extra on her tip if she would stop screaming. She complied. I'm guessing the people raving about the steak don't eat out much.

We stopped by Friday evening, after 5 p.m. Very crowded. We had a short 15 minute wait. Food was delicious, wait staff very good, even the manager pitched in. Roadhouse is one of our favorite places.
