While staying at the Days, the Santa Fe was recommended to us for dinner, I looked at reviews on Trip Adviser, and was unsure I wanted to eat there. But because it was so close we decided to just walk across the lot. I had shrimp fajitas and my husband had ground round steak, our food was very good tasting,... More

As others mention, the nearby Hotel recommended it. First the highlights. Small, well decorated clean place with very friendly staff. As others have also mentioned, the Green Chile (and the waitress told me also the Red) has a lot of ground beef or pork in it. Tasted OK to me but the wife really disliked it. They really should explain... More

I ordered the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The green sauce was mostly ground beef and not much green chili or green chili flavor, just heat. Since this is New Mexico and the quality of your Hatch green chili sauce should be a reflection on the overall quality of your establishment I only gave it two stars overall. Otherwise the... More

The hotel we stayed in recommended this restaurant..really don't eat here. The nacho platter had some type of Velveeta or cheese wiz on it..not a good sign. We both ordered Taco platters, we waited a long time for our nachos and drinks. We never got the tacos, we got tired of waiting and left. We went to Dairy Queen and... More

The service was good and fast. However, the food was not good. We ordered beef and bean burritos - one green and one Christmas. They lacked seasoning/flavor and we didn't finish our food which is very unusual. I am optimistic that they will improve. But unless we see stellar reviews, will not be back.

Worst Mexican we ever ate. We are from Texas, this nothing like it. Cheese sauce looked and tasted like nachos cheese out of a can. Chicken tasted like canned chicken. B Beef fajita Meat was OK, but little overcooked, For $14.95 definitely over paid. Beans dried out. Salsa was cheaply made what with taste like ketchup base. Chips nothing to... More

We have eaten here on other occasions and found it good. This visit was ok but the prices have gone up, the quality has slipped a little, and the salsa was disappointing. The service was really good, they do have a lot of American and Mexican options, the place was clean, and we were served quickly.

This place is slightly hidden from the main part of Santa Fe. You could find it leaving or coming into town. It is the best place with reasonable prices to eat. It was recommenced and it was on spot. Also had hatch products for purchase at reasonable prices on the check out area. Service was good, food was good.

Our keycard at the motel we were staying at in Santa Rosa had this restaurant advertised on the front. There were slim and nil restaurants still open in this very run down tourist town. The restaurant was larger than I had thought and well maintained with good food. It is a family run restaurant will all home made food. The... More

We found this place by driving up and down Rt 66 in Santa Rosa, NM. The mostly Mexican menu had standard fare so I chose cheese enchiladas with beans and rice. The tortillas were somewhat dry despite the melted cheese. The rice tasted several days old and was mushy. My husband had the carne avodobado (sp?) and said that pork... More
