Been here twice on different visits. Cozy room and the food is quite decent with reasonable prices. Great pizza and other dishes.

I'm a local and go here once in a while. Sweet little place, but the food I've had has been inconsistent. Absolutely love their lemon chicken dish, but found the spaghetti not so great. Good service.

We wandered in on a rainy Thursday night in September and were immediately shown to a table and served the bottle that we ordered. We had a very nice dinner with attentive service. The pasta was delicious and hot and my husband gave the meatballs two thumbs up. We liked it so much that we went back the next night!... More

Service was underwhelming as the waiter was very grumpy and seemed frustrated that we were vegetarian. Made a "yeh right" comment under his breath when I ordered a child's portion of pasta. Food was very mediocre with low favor. Pasta was not hot. We will not return.

Stella's turned out to be a real disappointment. We had read glowing reviews online, and when we spotted it as we walked from our hotel to the Harwood Museum, we told ourselves we'd return for lunch after our museum tour. Though we wanted very much to like the lunches we ordered at Stella's, we were both royally disappointed. I had... More

We had a good experience at Stella's. I was in the mood for Spaghetti Bolognese and it was quite tasty. We also shared a plate of antipasti...good presentation and good quality meats, cheeses, olives, etc. The setting outside was quiet and very relaxing, just right as the sun set over Taos. It reminded me a small "ristorante" tucked away in... More

First, I am Italian, and consider myself an Italian food snob. I am picky when it comes to olive oils, mozzarella, and basic Italian fare. That being said, this restaurant is basic. It is for the basic person who is looking for food for dinner, period. I feel like the Italian food here is similar to one you would find... More

This place is tucked away off the main square in Taos. It reminds me of the old days with vintage music and decor. A nice place for good Italian food in a laid back setting.

It's hard to decide which aspect of dining at Stella's to describe first. The food is less than mediocre, the atmosphere, laughable, the service--so so, the decor, cheesy. I live in Taos and hadn't "dined" at Stella's in along time because of previous disappointing experiences but some friends insisted that the food here was good. This was my third visit.... More
