I hosted a large party of twelve and the food, service, and atmosphere were just great. We had a lovely dinner and the noise level was appropriate for lots of conversation.

This is a fantastic place to eat and have some fun! Our food was really good, however they messed up our order this one night and gave us lamb chops vs the filet we ordered. The table next to us didn't get their lamb chops!...More

Very good New Mexican food; nice selection of wines and cocktails; great desserts. Don't be distracted by the loud outside bar you have to pass through -- inside is a nice, quiet dining space.

Stopped in there for a drink after dinner on a Saturday night. Struck up a nice conversation with some locals but the waiter had a hard time keeping up with our table and we ended up putting some cash on the table and leaving

Doc Martin's is underrated on TripAdvisor, probably because it's a hotel restaurant and is priced a bit higher than the run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurants in town. But the food at Doc Martin's is always better than almost anywhere else in Taos, and sometimes the very best....More

Food was fine. Seemed to be local eating place for town people. Free wifi. Nothing to write home about.
