My husband and I had breakfast here and our food was tasty but the service was disorganized. We waited a long time for things like water and utensils while other tables seemed to have no trouble. There appeared to be some confusion over who would actually be serving us on the patio due to some staffing issues (we actually overheard... More

These are by far the best chicken tamales I have ever had and I've had a lot of them. They layer the chilis inside and put a sauce on the outside. The burrito was also great. They also allow dogs on the patio and everyone is very nice.

The Bent Street Cafe & Deli is our 'go to' spot for breakfast. The seating is cozy and the staff invariably friendly. Better to go off peak hours as the place does get busy for lunch and on weekends. Everything we have sampled on the breakfast menu has been excellent. The chicken sausage is a standard for us and a... More

We left Santa Fe early and drove The High Road so once we were in Taos, we were ready for a good breakfast and had read good reviews for this deli. It was a sunny but frigid day and so I was worried when we were seated on what looked like an enclosed porch; however, with an overhead heater, it... More

We stopped in January so, sadly, their outdoor patio was not open but the atmosphere, food, and service did not disappoint! Friendly staff and timely service added to the breakfast experience. The portions were huge and the prices on all items were affordable. The mushroom omelette with friend potatoes were perfect!

Besides the regular NM fare, this place has a nice assortment of salads and sandwiches. We were seated promptly (it was 2:00) and our server was quick to take our order. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Each entree was tasty. The green chile stew is a bit spicy, so beware!

Being from New Orleans, we tend to be a bit snobby about food. Bent Street Cafe & Deli exceeded our expectations. The menu was nicely varied. Green chile stew was excellent, but probably too spicy for many (I am originally from New Mexico and crave the heat, so it was good for me although the hottest chile we had our... More

Great choice for lunch on a chilly day after visiting Taos pueblo. Heated patio in the sun and friendly quick service was most welcome. Shared spinach pie ap and a sandwich which were perfect for 2.

Disappointing all around. Rueben's Rueben - it was over sauced, sauerkraut was meh bread was good Bent Street Sub - nothing memorable, felt like meats you could get at subway or grocery store Kids meals offering was boring (grilled cheese, pbj) Pros: Friendly staff Nice location Plenty of seating Cons: Food was bland Value for price paid

My family ate here during the Christmas Holidays. We were greeted immediately and escorted to a patio table. The heater for the area is massive and did a good job of keeping us comfortable during our meal. I ordered the Long John Dunn sandwich. It was rather ordinary and the French bread was difficult to manage because tomato, cheese, lettuce,... More
