Been many times, through out my life but now as a family man, frequent there more with my wife and kids. Great place for lunch, groceries, donuts, harvest items, desserts - almost anything you can think of at a farm. Beautiful wedding spot too!

I came here on a Saturday morning with my family. I really didn't know what to expect but the service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the place was very welcoming!

For those in and around the Capital Region, Lakeside Farms is more of a tradition than just a destination. They have a quaint gift shop, tons of unique locally sourced products and some of the best breakfast and lunch food in the area. Great cider and cider donuts in the fall season. A must experience stop for families and friends.

Great family place--Food is always fresh and yummy! PRIORITY--BE SURE TO BRING YOUR ORDER OVER TO THE COOKS SO THAT YOUR ORDER GETS COOKED. There is a standard menu and if you look up above the order taker's head, there is a list of specials! The desserts, donuts are to die for....Often there are long lines especially on the weekends,... We love to stop by when we are in the area. After an afternoon of antiquing and walking, we stopped by on our way home to get our favorite....a raspberry pie. Wonderful!

Before entering (or leaving) you can enjoy fresh cider and cider doughnuts in the fall. Great sandwiches, salads, and soups await you after a tour of the farm store and gift shop. Settle in at a table after ordering, either indoors or on the patio. Take some delicious baked goods with you afterword to extend the pleasure. This is also... More

Great place for lunch, the biggest sandwiches in the area and they are delicious! There are apples galore, and many other things to feast your eyes on. A little cramped but things work.

Lakeside is a great place to stop for many things, and it's only a few miles off the Northway. The pies, scones and turnovers are delicious and fresh. Their homemade salsas have been a hit at many parties. I especially love the Fall because they have great cider, crispy apples, gourds and pumpkins. I haven't eaten there, but the food... More

Understandably, it's crazy busy during Fall. However, if you don't mind the crowds you'll be very pleasantly surprised. The service is friendly but hectic. The food is WONDERFUL-everything tastes fresh. The prices are fair. Afterwards, walk the orchards. See the petting zoo (small but just so darn cute). Check out the cider and gift shop. A really, really good way... More
