We have been customers for years and have seen the steady decline in quality and variety of food and service. On our most recent visit the pub was severely understaffed and what staff was there were poorly trained. The menu had been reduced a few years ago to a very limited number of choices. I assume that was to make... More

Stopped in to show Deborah the beauty and expected professionalism of your staff and the resort and to have a light meal at the pub. Our waitress was obviously unfriendly towards us as she was completely different to the surrounding patrons. ( 1060 S..Patterson ).... This ruined our experience for Deborah.. I did not expect prejudice from your staff but... More

Been here many times & never disappoints! Food is always good, first come, first serve, but you can usually get seated. Located at the Sagamore Hotel, so strolling around the grounds before dinner is always a treat! Love listening to Vinnie, their entertainer, after dinner, relaxing with a glass of wine. He plays soft, classical rock & has an amazing... More

Our group of 6 people had dinner and drinks at Mr. Browns Pub over Labor Day weekend. We arrived in time to secure 6 seats at the bar which is our groups favorite place to sit. We had the pleasure to have Piper wait on us during our visit. She was friendly, fun & attentive. We all enjoyed our burgers,... More

The rich history of this pub is the best reason to visit. We found the food and service fair at best. We arrived and there was clearly a lull after a very busy period of dining and most tables we not cleared. Staff looked tired and confused. We were told it would be a thirty minute wait and the restaurant... More

Typical Pub food at this casual restaurant located at The Sagamore Resort. Friendly atmosphere with a fine selection of American favorites.

Food is good (though my tacos were a little cold). Nachos good too as is spinach dip. Fun spot for a casual dinner - especially with kids. Can eat inside or outside during the summer.
