Restaurant is always on the mark. Everything tastes wonderful and fresh. Service spot on. Never a bad meal here. Always busy.

My boyfriend and I used to dine here often several years ago--it was our go-to spot for an upscale dinner in a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The last two times we were here, however, we were disappointed in the menu and the food. We ordered a appetizer we'd had in the past and it was nothing like its previous iteration--it... More

Met a friend for dinner. Surprised at the pleasant "downtown" restaurant row of Fishkill. Choices of appetizers, pasta and main were splendid. My pate came in a small dish with apple sauce and cukes, the pasta duck ragu was excellent, and his beef dish was well prepared. An apple tart was delicious.

This was a regular lunch spot. After many visits, was treated very rudely by staff. Will never go back.

Best couples restaurant in the valley. Romantic yet hip. Food is well prepared and worth the price . Go there to impress a date, or enjoy a great dinner with your spouse.

Our evening at IL Barilotto was fantastic. The food was delicious with many levels of flavor. The service was outstanding. Our server Charissa was welcoming, thoughtful, informed and on point with all transitions of requested dishes. Although we are not new to IL Barilotto, we were reminded last night of why we enjoy this restaurant so very much. If you... More

This is a more upscale restaurant in Fishkill. The food is creative, not your spaghetti and meatball cuisine. They do have cocktails and wine to complement the entrees.

The food was delicious and well worth the price. Drinks were also well prepared, and above average wine serving sizes (so you really get your money's worth compared to some places!) The service was excellent, staff were attentive and offered good recommendations.

The Poughkeepsie Journal wrote: Hudson Valley Restaurant Week will feature 214 restaurants, including 30 in Dutchess County and nine in Ulster County. Each restaurant will feature prix-fixe, three-course lunch and dinner menus. Lunch costs $20.95 and dinner costs $29.95, not including beverage, tax and tip. Il Barilotto is on that list as is its equally good sister restaurant,Aroma Osteria in... More
