A charming 'local' pub just off the busy roads of Staines upon Thames. They keep their beers well and have a great menu of classic and international food prepared by a professional chef. You can sit outside or in.

Description
The Wheatsheaf and Pigeon is a community pub on the corner of Wheatsheaf Lane and Penton Road between Staines Upon Thames and Laleham. It was built in 1850 as a public house to serve the families of the eel fishermen who lived in the cottages next door. We are family and dog friendly but please keep both on a leash! We welcome anyone looking for a great meal, great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We are the winners of the Best Thames Local Pub 2012/2014/2015 (runner up in 2013) sponsored by the River Thames Guide. Featured in the CAMRA Good Pub Guide 2012/2013/2014/2015/2016/2017 and Cask Marque approved, we love our real ales and know you will too. Looking forward to see you soon! Cheers..!
