I had a coupon for large pizza at Pizza Amore and decided to order it on my way home from work the other day. Since they have different ways to cook their pizza's and sauces to choose from the guy that answered the phone was very helpful. I got the regular sauce and standard crust. Apparently you can order it... More

My wife and I were in the area for the Lewiston Jazz Festival and Pizza Amore had a place set up on the street with a wood fired oven. We tried a Hawiian style pizza and it was good. The wood smoke gives the pizza a nice unique flavor. Also, the extra hot oven cooks the pizza super fast and... More

I stop in here a lot for their lunch special - 2 slices pizza with a soda for $5. It's a good deal and usually pretty good. But when we ordered a whole pie it was terrible. It was burnt really bad and the sauce was awful. I called and told the owner and he said we could get a... More

First of all, this 'pizza' place (I won't call it a restaurant) is in a gas station. Yep! I should have driven away but we'd ordered over the phone. We ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Second, I could tell they didn't use premium cheese. We got it home and it wasn't good at all. It was cheap pizza... More

This established has a wide-variety of authentic-style pizza cooked in a wood-fired brick oven - the end result is delicious!

Ordered a steak and cheese pizza, California pizza, and a prosciutto and arugula pizza the other night. Can't decide which one we liked best! The wood fire adds so much to the flavor of any pie from here. Oh, and loved the cannolis!

Delicious spinach, ricotta pizza. Meatball subs are great! Divine homemade cannoli's. Definitely look past the location. The owners are super nice people!

they say it's not gas station pizza, but actually, it is... we find nothing to set this above the rest or justify the prices, which are higher per square inch than any others on grand island... not bad, just not worth the effort

So from appearances, you'd think you're about to be treated to food court pizza served by a teenage kid making minimum wage. You couldn't be more wrong. This is a family run operation using some true homemade but otherwise quality ingredients to make true crispy wood fired pizza. Service is prompt, polite and friendly. Food is good. Prices are good.... More

Been there twice and enjoyed the smoked flavor of the thin-crust pizza. The dining area is there for practicality, not ambience, although the leather couch is a nice touch. I'm sure there is variance in quality, depending on who is making your pizza, but we were quite satisfied both times.
