Great venue and food; the best variety of moles in Querétaro. The service was eficiente, kind and helpful.

I guess they've never actually been to the places their menu is supposed to be inspired off. I rarely write 3 stars or below reviews, but due to the fact that it scores so high on TA and that I feel that I wasted a meal in Querétaro, I have to say that while the food is regular at best... More

If you have had enough tacos, enchiladas, etc., try this place. If you are American you will not recognize the names of most of the entrees, but do not be put off. We went for lunch and the staff could not have been more attentive, giving you explanations of the entrees, and samples of their mole sauces, salsas, and, the... More

Been to Tikua a few times, mostly with family. I have never been disappointed. The sign at the front sets their expectation of customers, 'No wifi available to let you check-out' and enjoy the meal. Many favorites include quesadillas with chicken & rajas, chicken enchiladas with salsa verde. I have only had dessert once due to the healthy portions and... More

With the excellent reviews, I had high hopes. At dinner time, this restaurant had a glass gate that is locked. You need to knock and they allow you into the establishment. The live music starts late (around 8) so don't bother going too early if you want to enjoy the music. The decor looks good with a large mural occupying... More

People are not nice, neither the chef nor the person at the entrance. They are overconfident on their positive reviews. My advice is go to other restaurante with good food and nice people

Tikua is an excellent restaurant with knowledgeable waiters and very good food. You can sample food from the southeast region, including Oaxaca, Yucatán and Chiapas. Some of the highlights are the Carnaval de Moles which is kind of a sampler plate of 4 kinds of mole. Also highly recommended are a variety of dishes centered on chapulín (grashopper) including one... More

My wife and I love this place. We went twice for dinner in a one week period. The only problem that we had on the first visit was that we ordered too much. The second time we got it right and split three items: (1) the lime soup, (2) a salad with fruit, and (3) the fish dish called Pescado... More

Amazing food from the Yucatan area. The chef came to our table and talked very passionaltly about the menu and advice about the specialities Very friendly staff and great dining experience. The ambiance of the place also great with very nice live musich (not too loud) Very tasty. A must when you are in Queretaro.
