Let me begin by saying the food is great here. The delivery is very unorthodox. Patrons enter into a narrow room that serves as the both the place one orders, pays for, and receives his/her order. You then carry your food and drinks into another room full of tables. There is no table service. When finished you clean up after... More

We've been eating Picnic Pizza for years and the place is a local favorite. They have quite the selection of toppings on the individual slices, in addition to Sicilian pies - they pretty much have it all. I haven't had anything else there besides pizza and garlic knots, so can't comment on any of the other food...sometimes we will pick... More

Very good pizza considering it's outside of New York City the food is pretty good except they use a horrible veal in their dishes avoid that

Wood fired and delicious. Plus you get to hear the guys behind the counter yell at each other in Italian. Colorful! I know they do subs and pasta too, but I've only ever had the pizza.

We like their pizza but every time we get it delivered it's longer than they say and the pizza is always cold! Tried to order a pie for delivery at 8pm in a Sunday night and were told pick up only....

Got off route 87 looking for a quick bite, and, entering Kingston, bumped into this place. Appealed by the "wood fire oven pizza" sign, and decided on going in. Found a place with lots of pizza variety that looked good. And the pizza was actually really good! although all pizzas I saw came out of a regular pizza oven and... More

We have been getting pizza at the Picnic Pizza for many years and it is always very delicious. It is pizza the way we like it, thin crust, lots of cheese and nicely done. I'm not sure if it is entirely made in their brick oven or if all of their pizza's are cooked that way, but we always find... More

Pizza is pizza my nephew says. I had to disagree this time. The quality w@snot there. Too much oil, small large pie. Calzone chicken was inedible it was so dried out. Sauce was good but again, so much oil. Maybe next time it will be better than cheap frozen pies.

We stayed at the Best Western Hotel which is located behind this pizza shop. Got settled and then went here for lunch. The pizza was really good. Large variety of pizza toppings to choose from.

Stayed next door at the motel and this was the only thing within walking distance and it was raining, sooooo, we went ahead and ordered. This pizza had flavor, cooked just right with the right amount of toppings. Did not try anything else as this made a good meal for the two of us.
