This was always our place to go when we vacation in New York, the food was amazing, but now the food was bland and had absolutely no taste to it unless you count an overload of salt as a taste! I ordered the western omelet with hash browns and I couldn't even taste the onions or peppers, it had no... More

I stopped here after going to Mid-Hudson sporting Clays. The food was great, service wonderful, had the waitress I had last year who has been there 20 years, and always a friendly smile. price was right and I will return.

Good service. Decor needs updating, but I'm not there for the interior design! Very convenient to Thruway.

Met family here who were passing by on the NYS Thruway for Sunday Breakfast. There were 4 people in our group and we were seated immediately. While the restaurant did not seem that busy from the time we ordered till we received our orders was a while. We were told the kitchen was having problems. Food was decent, service was... More

From the outside, this looks like your average NY state diner... And it appears that way on the inside as well. Perk #1. Booths have old-fashioned, individualized juke boxes. Perk #2. Their bottomless cup of coffee is really good- not your typical diner watery coffee. Perk #3. If you ask, home fries can be deep-fried. OMG. This is a must.

We stopped in for diner on a Friday night and were seated right away. My kids got the same thing: a BLTwith fries and a milkshake. They said that the milkshake was the best. I got a turkey burger special. It had fancy toppings like red onion, avocado and a special sauce. The toppings were great, the turkey burger itself... More

Frankly after reading some of the not so great reviews, we were skeptical. We arrived and we're promptly seated. The decor may be dated but we received our food very quickly. The service was good, waitress attentive. The food was what I would've expected, plenty and good.

Rustic or retro decor is fine, fun even. This is just tired and in need of a serious facelift. It seemed dark/dim throughout, carpets are FILTHY, and there was the smell. Sort of a musty, dank, in need of a good airing out kind of thing. We stayed because we were starving. Plus side: our server (Shannon ?) was very... More

I just went there with my family for dinner-not sure if it's under new management, but there were some good changes. It was always a good diner, but it seems like there is anew menu with some upgraded food. My husband ordered a burger on a brioche bun, bacon, chipotle mayo and a friend egg..it was delicious! My chicken souvlaki... More

Pretty standard Diner. Friendly. Lots of space. Ok, but not outstanding (for a diner) food. Convenient stop on a 'road trip'.
