We decided to try this place on our first night at Oia without any research on google or trip advisor. We ended up getting the Pork Chop and Gyros and... oh man... the pork is truly one of, if not, the BEST I ever had...More
We both had the grilled chicken and chips which was beautiful, it certainly hit the spot. We went for a quick lunch on our last day and when we went it wasn't very busy, I imagine when it is busy it will have a great...More
This restaurant is different from many spots in Oia, in that it is a simple, traditional, restaurant, serving traditional greek foods. It's not trying to be upscale.
The food was excellent. Among the best traditional meals we had in Greece.
Above average service. Excellent Value....More
As this restaurant doesn't benefit from the caldera views, i'd hoped they would focus more on their food. They don't.
I'm surprised that this place gets such good reviews to be honest.
Don't get me wrong, the food was ok (although both our meals appeared...More
Alkyona Sunset Restaurant is the best place in the city of Ia to eat in. It has everything a good restaurant should have in it: fast service - we've never waited for the food to arrive more than 3 minutes, tasty food, and the prices...More
We had a lovely meal at Alkyona. Although it’s not overlooking the beautiful views, it made up for it by the quality of the food & good service. We had the taramasalata, octopus and red snapper with the white Atlantis wine (the cheapest we paid...More

There are very few unfortunately, and we only stayed 1 night. Another restaurant I know of that was open was Lotza, which had mixed reviews. The other ones that had recent reviews that may be open were Karma (which has good reviews) and Kastro Oia.
Having only stayed the one night we unfortunately did not get to go to any of these. In Fira however there were a few restaurants open, the Pelican Kipos and Naoussa restaurants being two. I took my partner to Naoussa for dinner and it was wonderful, with the waiter even deboning the fish in front of us after asking my partner if she would like it deboned by him or not.
Argo is reported to be open, and may be, but when we found what we believe was it, it was closed (There were no signs for it, we just used Googlemaps).
