My husband and I were in Santorini for our honeymoon this past summer. We stayed at Villa Renos (will be writing another five star review for them as well). We were recommended to try Parea Tavern by our hosts at Villa Renos. We were so pleased by Parea and it was absolutely our favorite place to eat on the island.... More

Located centrally in the middle of all the action. I ate in the rooftop area, which had a view looking down onto the cobblestone streets (i.e. not caldera view). The saganaki was excellent. I ordered their burger, envisioning the usual patty between buns + lettuce + ketchup etc, but was pleasantly surprised to see two patties plated with fries, no... More

Located as it is, overlooking the east side of the island and above the shoulder-to-shoulder crowd of that evening we were hopeful of a cool retreat for dinner. The food was okay and regretfully, okay just doesn't cut it in a place like Santorini when there are restaurants aplenty. We will not hurry back.

Parea in greek means company, so my pals and me decided to visit it…we were not disappointed…we loved everything we had…pork fillet a la crème, chicken fillet for the allergics and codfish with garlic sauce for the fish lovers…local wine and a lovely view…be back again…

The restaurant is located in the very center of Fira on a roof terrace with a good view on the city. They don't have a view on the Calderas which is an advantage because they don't charge for the view by having an overpriced menu. The food is really yummy and with a lot of choice. The starter plate for... More

Yeah - this was just ok. The staff were very attentive - food was average. Had some nice wine though.

Went here on our first night on Santorini. Had Greek salad, lemon chicken and potatoes and Moussaka. Everything was really, really good and the atmosphere was bustling. Very affordable and the wine was good too!

This evening I enjoyed the best food within my 2 weeks in Greece. :) I decided for the gilthead (Dorada) and it was juicy and tasty with grill aromas, accompanied by Remoulade and “original“ (you still taste real potatoes) french fries. For 16 € it was cheap compared to the restaurants at the cost. You can't see the sunset, instead... More

We had dinner first night we came to Santorini. We had tomato and zucchini balls, and tzatziki for starter and was very tasty. For main we had fish plate for 2 and was really good. We live on an Croatian island Hvar, and we have our own family restaurant that serves fresh fish, so we can say that this was... More
