Wonderful art house café atmosphere. Spectacular coffee. Super knowledgeable and attentive staff. Nice treats to go along with your coffee. Access to the River Walk and the quaint town of Owego.

Visited Carol's again over the weekend, where a good friend and I had lunch (I thought there was a listing for the cafe now as Carol's on TripAdvisor, but didn't find it.) It was delicious and delightful. Carol is there, waiting on people, preparing foods, and greeting, as people are piling in, with almost not enough seating. I've been visiting... More

Soooo glad to have this place in Owego, with its delicious baked goods (most baked by Carol, the owner, herself, on the premises, often right in front of you!) warm and welcoming atmosphere, incl lovely brick walls, filled with artwork and couches in addition the tables. On Saturdays (and maybe more) there is live low key music which has been... More

This is a nice, quiet coffee shop for meeting a friend for a long conversation. The coffee good, and the large, homemade peppermint patty was appropriately decadent (little nibbles throughout the conversation). The atmosphere was a bit dark and "cold" for my personal preference, although the temperature of the seating area was comfortable. I did enjoy viewing the work of... More

Owego is my hometown. I visit several times a year. I was last at the coffee shop during Christmas. My family and I really love their dessert and pastries. They are outstanding! I also enjoy their latte. My biggest complaint is the atmosphere. It's not inviting. It's not a coffee shop that says "stay awhile". This is a grab and... More

Ok so the homemade coconut cake is to die for! Three layers of delicious coconut decadence (enough for two people) that will make you wanna curl up and take a nap afterwards. Heck, you'll need an extra espresso or macchiato (also quite delicious) just to wake yourself back up for the ride home. The desserts here are so good (and... More

A nice little treat when visiting Owego, especially on a cold / wet day... Good coffee, tasty snacks, and more.

The homemade desserts all looked amazing! I had the coconut cake - it did not disappoint. Three layers of moist cake towering almost 10 inches high - so good! Unfortunately, I had the iced coffee and it just wasn't very good....next time I will try the hot coffee and see if that's better...

Nice place has good coffee at reasonable prices. Always has some good fresh pastries. Small seating area in front, I like the window seats for people watching. More "coffee house" type seating in the back.

love the hot chocolate and deserts! Service is beyond reproach and there is no one hovering over you rushing you out I can eat, read and relax.
