This is a meat market with an eating section a few days a week. My friends and I go there eat. It's an unusual place in that you go in, wait in line and when a seat or seats open up you grab the seats....More

I don't care for crowds, but I will put up with them to get EXCELLENT food! Every time we have gone to Swan's it is packed, and with good reason. I have never had anything I didn't really enjoy and want more of! Their German...More

If you enjoy German food, products or feeling nostalgic of what your omas kitchen smelled like growing up...Swans is the spot. I go for lunch or to pick up meats and cheeses and never disappointed. Great spot!

If you are looking for an intimate table for (2), this is not your place. If you are looking to experience a bit of Germany, great German cooking, great hospitality, German beer from Germany by the glass, or pitcher, in a casual German atmosphere, rubbing...More

When we go to Swan's for lunch, we always go on a Saturday, usually after going to the nearby Public Market. Unless you want to wait in line for a while, you have to get there early, around 11-11:30 a.m. Much later and the line...More

This is absolutely the best place for that Octoberfest meal. Mind you most people don't eat German food but the sausages etc in Sept/Oct but Swans is the best. Being half German and having a grandma from Germany I should know.

Question about the wurst and sausage. Do all have beef in them or are there any without beef?

Actually, most of the sausage are made of pork not beef. Only a couple are beef.
Are there tables for two?

All of our tables are communal, so you can sit just the two of you and keep to yourselves or chat with the people seated near you and meet some great new friends! It works well for both! Hope you come in soon!!

All meat at Swan Market is hand-cut, all sausage hand-made by owner Barry Fischer, who apprenticed with German master butchers to bring you a taste of Germany that's authentic down to the last detail.

Swan's renowned German lunches are served Wednesday through Saturday from 11 to 2. Grab a seat at one of the communal tables and hoist a glass of imported German beer. It's impossible to go away hungry! There's also live German music on the last Thursday and Friday of each month.

Wan can also cater events of any size, with anything from cold-cut trays to a full pig roast.
