I have been here several times with friends before going to the regional farmers market which sits right near the restaurant. The food has always been really great and the service exceptional. The most recent visit was last weekend and again everything was great. We ordered breakfast -- 2 of us chose the 2 eggs with home fries and toast... More

We were a party of 3 this past Monday at approximately 1 p.m. While the food was very good and the portions were very large, the service was surprisingly slow (the time it took to place our order, waiting for food). My son commented that it was one of the best reuben sandwiches that he ever had, my other son... More

I recently went to Market Diner and ordered the pumpkin pancakes and two eggs with toast and fruit. The eggs were your standard scrambled and toast was nothing out of the ordinary. The pancakes though are a must, especially pumpkin. After sampling my friend's chocolate chip pancakes, I can assure you the pumpkins are the ones to order. They were... More

We had fish dinners on a recent Friday night and the portions were L*A*R*G*E. The haddock was okay but the sweet potato fries could have used something. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal. You'll see that I gave the service only a 3 -- that's because the waitress was all about helping the table next to us... More

We were 2 couples. I ordered a sirlion steak medium well and it came to my plate with blood dripping. I sent it back to be recooked, while waiting they sent out my fries and gravy with my veg. So when my steak came back every thing else was cold. The other orders we had were not much better. Maybe... More

Stopped here yesterday for breakfast and had to come back before heading home. Good food, great prices, huge portions. Just come hungry and good luck finding a parking spot.

We stopped here on our way to the mall, knowing it would be less expensive, less wait time and better food than most of the mall restaurants. I decided on breakfast for lunch, ordering a Veggie Scramble. It came with toast and home fries and was quite flavorful. Two people in our party ordered grilled cheese, which came with fries... My wife and I used to go here for breakfast which is pretty good. Then we thought we'd try dinner there, the food at first was Really GOOD but as we became regulars there the food became worse. One time there was little curly cue hairs in our food, my broccoli tasted like the way urine smells, and the cottage... More
