They know Italian. I love their calzones and their pizzas are awesome. My only complaint is that the service tends to be very slow and once they leave your table they don't come back very often. But the food is great nice big area so you could go with a bunch of people if you wanted to.

I stopped into Ciccino's for a single slice of pizza in the middle of a long drive home. The pizza was outstanding - lots of toppings and gooey melted cheese with a wonderful crust. It's all counter service, but even that was very friendly. I really enjoyed this place and would return.

Ciccino's offers a wide range of Italian dishes, but many other dishes as well. Their char-broiled chicken wings are amazing and so is there seafood pasta! You'll also love their homemade loaf of bread too. Their prices are very reasonable, with an atmosphere that is casual, comfortable and inviting. Ciccino's recently opened up a restaurant in the newly opened del... More

Had lunch here a few times and the food served isn't really anything to write home about. Doesn't seem consistent from one visit to the next.

Prompt and friendly service. Fresh, hot, soft bread. Entrees delicious! Reasonable prices. The pizza on the other side of the restaurant looked yummy too! Highly recommend if you are in the area. Very clean too!

While I have been a dedicated fan since its original opening in '96, something is not quite right here. This restaurant started out strong ... then they opened another restaurant in Geneva which was closer to my home - YAY - not so much!! The quality & family friendly service just wasn't the same as Waterloo. So back to Waterloo... More

We dined on a Sunday afternoon, quiet at first before the mob came in. Enjoyed our meals, and generous portions. Always have a good meal here.

We had a table by the fireplace on a cold winter night. Very cozy. Service was excellent for our table of 3 adults and 3 children. We had a plain pizza which was very good. Nice thin crust. The Eggplant Napoleon from specials menu with side of pasta and salad is highly recommended. Huge portion. Stuffed shells very good as... More

A nice place for a family type meal. Italian cuisine - calzones and stromboli are very good. Medium price range.

We visited on a Monday evening for dinner. I had the chicken marsala and my husband had the shrimp scampi. His scampi was very good but only 6 shrimp (I thought that was average). The chicken marsala was not good. The sauce had no taste of marsala at all. It was just chicken with brown sauce on it. They provided... More
