Really enjoyed eating at Barbarossa! We were seated immediately & and even though the restaurant was full, the service was very good. We ordered a Margherita pizza and 2 pasta dishes. My pizza was absolutely beautiful, probably one of the best I've eaten in Italy. We were very happy with the quality of food. Would definitely recommend! :)

Convenient location near the chairlift, so it is usually crowded, but they handle the volume well. We had good service (our guide knows the owners). The pizza, salads, and pasta were all good. Our guide said that these are their strengths. The spicy olive oil was fantastic ! So was their fresh baked bread.

We had a nice lunch at this restaurant, overlooking the piazza in Anacapri. The food was decent, good wine, excellent service and very reasonable price. Highly recommended

I had a pizza marinara and it had just the right crust and tomato sauce. It turned out to be my favorite pizza on my recent trip to Italy!

The food was good, the staff were friendly and the location is great but... when we got our check, there was a 4 euro sitting fee. We managed to make it through three days in Rome and some great restaurants without being given a sitting fee so it was quite a surprise when we received our bill. I double checked... More

We stopped here for lunch after coming down the chairlift. The pasta arabiatta was good . The focaccia with rocket, tomato and mozzarella was outstanding! The pizzas were ok. Prosecco is available by the glass and very nice. My favorite thing was the lemon sorbet served in a lemon rind and comes with a shot of limoncello to pour over... More

If you visit here go for the normal menu and not the 13 euro special. Pasta already cooked and waiting to be plonked onto your table. Wine served in different glass from others (and very watery) Bread was nice though. We didn't stay for the desert. My daughter who knows her pasta said the pasta was over cooked and even... More

The staff and views were definitely a nice feature. I would consider the food middle of the road. The bruschetta was probably our favorite dish from this location.

Place was packed for lunch- they handle the crowds very well. A lot of groups as it is right by the chairlift. Ravioli was great! Did not have the pizza but saw many people eating it and it looked great. They get you in and out of there.

Talk about a tourist place. But wait. That and so much more. We had just got off the seggiovia in Anacapri. The lady at our hotel had recommended Barbarossa. And there is was, right below the lift, right next to the bus stop. At the top of the stairs, where we were greeted by an older gentleman, possibly the owner,... More
