Grab an excellent coffee after your morning walk on the beach, order the freshest poached Bussetton eggs, diner on Cone Bay Barramundi at night. It was all fresh, delicious and with friendly service.

Food was divine, coffee was lovely. Had a bit of a wine sampling while we were there and left with a few bottles, only negative would be that after waiting for a fair while and having 2 other groups come in and join the line, I ended up sticking my head around the door of the kitchen to get someone... The entrees were excellent and the service warm, but a number of our mains were overcooked which we were a bit disappointed by. We have enjoyed various Lamont dinners over the years so it could be an aberration but it seems that we are not the only ones experiencing a mixed bag. Wine list was good and they accommodated our... For the money have had many better meals. Prawns were overcooked as were the beans. Steak had been cooked on too low a heat and had a soft stewed consistency . Setting is nice. Service was warm. Kids pasta meals were bland.

Look this is a bit of a gripe but overall the food is good. Service was ok at the start but as soon as it got busy it got really slow, I've been in hospitality for over 20 years so I can sympathise, but SERIOUSLY lamonts, get an extra staff member on!!!! I might have been able to handle waiting... More

Visited twice with large groups so we saw and ate everything on the smallish menu (5 entrees and 5 mains). Food was very good but not quite great despite the inner city prices. Service was friendly but we had to get their attention a bit too often. Setting is relaxing and overall this is a good restaurant. However, the food... More

The marron was grilled to perfection and pear salad seasoned with respect. The quail and goats cheese simply bursting with flavour. The service was attentive and friendly despite having to work on new years eve! Well done.

I wondered why Lamont's would open in an isolated spot like Smiths Beach.Within one hour there were more than sixty dinner guests, obviously a destination restaurant. The slow cooked lamb and pavlova were almost perfect. Also a great range for vegetarians.Only downsides were $3 for a very small piece of bread and black coffee should not be in a large glass ,although it... We stayed at Seashells and came here for breakfast. Apart from there being a power cut and irritating noise from alarms related to it the place was great and the breakfast wrap outstanding.

We always visit Lamont's when we are in Yallingup and it never disappoints. We had a beautiful dinner there as well as a great takeaway breakfast. The food was wonderful, wine/drinks list very well rounded with attentive and friendly service. The only negative comment was around the coffee which was served so hot the takeaway cups could not be held.... More
