We like to go to The Melting Pot on special occasions. The food is delicious and they hire excellent & enthusiastic waitstaff. We love the cheddar cheese fondue and chocolate fondue can't be beat. Go and enjoy!

I'm a frequent visitor to The Melting Pot. It is my favorite restaurant! The servers always make the experience. Recently, my sister and I had the privilege of having Miguel as a server. We informed him that we were veterans and he still made the dinner, probably one of the best we've had there. He asked us before each course... More

The food was beyond good, the service was top notch, they offer private booths for special occasions. I took someone there for a birthday and the whole experience was awesome from start to finish. A different and fun dining experience! I will most definitely go again! Hats off to you guys!

First time trial to this restaurant last Sunday but didn't get satisfaction mostly from the hostess who keep slamming down food trays (may be too heavy) spilling cheese and long finger nails soaking into dishes (some are rare anyway) explaining items in the most amazingly monotonous and tragic way. Then, we saw another hostess flipped and crashed the whole serving... More

For over four years till 2014, we had a family dinner followed by a quick step outside to watch the White Plains count down ball drop. Now that we are back for a holiday visit, it's the first thing the kids wanted to do and as always, reservation was easy, food was delicious, service friendly and they did everything to... More

We eat here all the time. Kids love it - from choosing the color of the dippers, selecting favorite items like the spinach artichoke, the steak lovers dinner to the flaming turtle and ying-yang chocolate fondues, and especially "cooking " their own meal in the various oils and broths. The wait staff and the front desk are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable... More

I had never had fondue before and I am so glad I gave it a try. I ate so much and it was fantastic. The desert was so good. Make sure your careful not to fill up before you get to the desert.

jessica290, I am also glad that you came in and gave us a try. You are right that it is important to pace yourself to the chocolate fondue course. New guests, as well as some of our more regular guests, often make this mistake. We can't wait for you to come dine with us again, now that you have your... More
