Excellent Ale House food and drink, too many children making too much noise. My wife and I live in the area and decided to try the Ale House since we had heard good things from friends. We went in around 6:30 pm on a Thursday...More

We very much appreciate your thoughtful review. We regret the circumstances at the time of your visit, and hope that you will come back to see us again when things quiet down in a few weeks.

Stopped here for dinner. The Bison burger was one of the best I've had. The beer was good, not our most favorite, but still tasty and our server was really friendly. We sat outside they had several picnic tables, the outside area is pet friendly....More

Had a great lunch last weekend! The burger was excellent, and the fried chicken sandwich was tender and moist, with a crispy exterior. House made fries, yum! The atmosphere was cool, service was good, and a nice selection of local beers. Definitely would return!

Family of four (12 and 15yr) on vacation in Blowing Rock. The food is above average. The brewery on site is fantastic. Highly recommend getting a flight of beer so you can try them all. We have been there twice already this week. Great location.

I have lunch here a few times. Always really good. Had best chicken philly ever today. ( it was a special). Only complaint - greasy soggy fries. Waiter was super nice and helpful. He said they use a lot of local food - nice.

On vacations I don't generally go to the same place twice, but we really enjoyed it here! I have to admit the kitchen was ridiculously slow on our first Friday afternoon visit, but our waiter Will was forthcoming about the delay and kept checking on...More

We popped into this restaurant when the bottom fell out! Was quite fun but a little too noisy for us Senior Citizens! Food was good and crowd was very entertaining!
