There's no rating for a placed that's CLOSED. So I entered the lowest rating. We had eaten here last month. Just noticed they were not open as we drove past the building.

Up for homecoming weekend. Rainy day. Park in parking lot. Get a beer. Go next door for 10 minutes and come out and the owner is having my car towed? Makes no sense, no signs saying no parking. Thanks for ripping me off. There are better places to go in Boone where they treat you with respect.

I can't make up my mind how to rate this place. The first day we had a wonderful pita sandwich with souvlaki and it was the owner who made it. the second visit was not nearly as satisfying. ON the weekend our dinner was not done well at all. The meat was cut in much smaller bites and there was... More

We love Greek food, especially Gyros. Vacationing in Blowing Rock, NC. For one month we had Gyros at Parthenon Cafe and Grille in nearby Boone, home of the revere d Appalachion University. We has excellent Greek Gyros. Both times along with good French Fries. Located across from the stellar Convocation Center at the University Looks like a student place and... More

I had a Gyros and it was great! If you want to eat without a crowd go a little earlier for Dinner/Lunch as it gets packed out with College kids in the evening and can be standing room only. Food is good value, the Tzatziki was a little "mild" but otherwise no complaints. Outside and inside eating areas, but as... More

Local ruggers have invented an interesting delicacy called 'rugby wings' that have every sauce on the menu tossed on top. Sounds strange, but very good. If you really want to up your cholesterol level, add on the Greek fries with feta cheese.

Quick friendly service and delicious food - what's not to like? While waiting for the "moving in day" crew to finish up at ASU, it was just right for a quick lunch. Friendly staff and funky college atmosphere

While in a college town it's sometimes fun to check out the restaurants frequented by the students. These restaurants usually have great food and excellent prices, however, they can be busy (even rowdy) and noisy. My husband and I passed this place several times during our trip, and although we love Greek food, noticed that it looked run down, was... More
