We arrived at noon on a Wednesday for a lunch meeting of 10 people. The place was busy but didn't wait for a table. Good food, good prices and good service. The portions are big so come hungry. I didn't try any beers but I will be back after 5pm.

In a neighborhood filled with office parks and hotels, there were very few choices. But I'm totally glad I stumbled onto this place. I'd be a regular if I was a local! The setting is really unique - part pub, part Sicilian restaurant. I sat at the bar and enjoyed their wide selection of beers. But their food was also... More

Stumbled upon this place getting off the interstate to avoid a slowdown. Was very surprised by the variety of foods and the beer and wine selection. Great choices for gluten free and vegetarians. Had the hot appetizer of grilled octopus over hummus, and the fries with gorgonzola. I found the prices consistent with the size and quality of food. I... More

Serena is said to mean serene in Italian. It doesn’t much seem that way at lunch. Parking is murder. So many popular eateries so close together, with a tiny parking lot, makes for an epic hunt for a space. The gods were with me today, though, and I got a great spot. Serena is very popular, especially right around noon... More

i had lunch here , the alessio salad extremely good , but as was noted by another poster the music is annoying and loud. personally the price will stop me from returning 16.62 for a salad is truly unreasonably. the staff was on time , but I was the first one there .

After reading reviews I was aware their could be an issue with the loud music but decided to give it a try. As I walked in, the music was extremely loud and asked to be seated outside. There the music was at a very good level. The service was very good and found the food delicious. Even though it was... More

If you don't mind an almost-rude waiter but want some great food, this is the place!!! Good points: FANTASTIC food. Everything we had was delicious.....Hummus, Calamari, Eggplant Rollatini and my husband had a short ribs 'special' that was great. HOWEVER, the waiter was so obnoxious that we were stunned. I'm sorry, but if your menu has: Hamburgers, an entire section... More

Prices and good quality can't be beat. They claim and deliver on the best slider in RTP. It's a must go. We first tried it three years ago and again today it doesn't disappoint. Real cool vibe and the outdoor seating looks really nice.

I have been to Serena probably 20 times over the years, typically for lunch. The food has a sicilian flair. My favorite dish is Gorgonzola Chicken, a sandwich of chicken breast with a great gorgonzola based sauce. Comes with a side -- you can ask for fries or some veggies. The food here is very good. They get crowded at... More

I was visiting our NC office and wanted to grab a bite to eat with some colleagues I don't see often. A local chose this place and overall it wasn't bad, and in fact the food was good. The menu is set up that you choose your protein and then a style. I went with the salmon done 'East Harlem'... More

Description
In 1976 Sicilian immigrants Tony and Gina Cataldo opened Endicott NY's famed Tony's Pizza close to IBM (which was founded in that very town.) That same year they had a son, Giuseppe. With a playpen made of flour bags and waitresses as nannies, Giuseppe literally grew up in the business. Once he had mastered his father's craft he left Endicott to work in New York City for the likes of Mario Batali at Otto and Esca and for the Cipriani's in Grand Central Station as well as on South Beach in Miami at Prime One Twelve and Casa Casuarina in the Versace Mansion. This restaurant is a culmination of those experiences.
