We eat there when we won't really good Italian food. Its not the cheapest around BUT its very good. Love the chicken piccata. Good pizza too. Good servers also.

Best ever.. even if the brunette waitress was on drugs. She would vanish and come back red eyes and sniffling... white powder on her nose more than once. Pizza was cold.... they called her name for 10 minutes before she showed up to deliver our pizza.

One of my family's favorite go to places. I love their fried calamari - delicate and flavorful. The grilled salmon is excellent and they have many great dishes to choose from.

Went here for a late lunch today. The food was delicious, and the service was great. I had the clams and my daughter had the lasagna. Will come again.

You have to try their grilled chicken salad. I could hardly wait to make the trip back to Gastonia to have it again. It comes with healthy salad greens, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella cheese, the house dressing is fantastic and served with fresh baked bread for 9.95. I'm ready for another.. simply the best!!

I think they really have great pizza here. I usually get pepperoni or the supreme which has just about everything on it. As you sit down you are greeted with breads for dipping in oil and dark vinegar, delicious. Staff are always nice and quick to serve. Nice quiet place no loud music at all. Great date night or even... More

Always consistent deliciousness!! Their sauce has so much flavor in all their dishes and the portions are large. Be prepared to have something for your next day's lunch in a take-out!

Dinner with parents. I was only one who did not like my meal at all. Ordered shrimp scampi and it was just awful. Others tasted it and agreed. Hubby ordered chicken Parmesan and he liked his dish. Both parents enjoyed their dishes. Seafood dish with linguini for dad and creamy penne pasta for mom.

I've been wanting to try Portofino's for a while now and finally had a chance to take the family. My daughter and I ordered the spaghetti and my wife ordered a pizza. The spaghetti was swimming in water and the sauce was pretty bland. My daughter had the same problem. Not sure if the cook was in a hurry to... More

The best Italian food in town since Angie's burned. Very good pizza and pasta dishes with good salads. Our favorites include the lasagna and ziti. Don't let their bread ruin your appetite.
