The BBQ was good and the food was hot. The drink had to much ice. The hush puppies were excellent. I got the pulled pork plate. I would go back to this place when I in town.

I went there for a hotdog or two for a light evening meal. They were good but served like I was to take them to go. The server left a lot to be desired. I had to flag her down and then seemed like she would rather be elsewhere. I think of the old restauranteur's saying, "I take care of... More

Excellent food, great BBQ, good portions. Very good service from a friendly wait staff. Prices are reasonable. My only gripe -- no banana pudding. What's a BBQ restaurant without banana pudding? They do offer other desserts.

When away from home my peer and I like to try new places we don't have. We were told to come here if you like BBQ. We went for lunch and it was packed but service was quick and friendly. We both got BBQ pork trays which is very filling. They BBQ is like a vinegar based which I like...we... More

The food here is more erratic than Wendover. This has more and nicer seating. Food is just much better at Greensboro location.

This place can get crowded around meal times but the service is very prompt and the food is very good. It is crowded at meal times for good reason. Once you go there for a meal you will want to come back again.

In town for business and wanting take out so to continue the work day, I spotted this place and was told that is was 'pretty good'. The only thing pretty good were the baked beans, which I'm guessing were canned. When I got back to the hotel to start my work/dinner I discovered they had loaded the meat into the... More

We were looking for an informal, quiet and relaxing no-frills dinner. Country Barbecue turned out to be a good choice. They weren't terribly busy, which helped provide the quieter atmosphere. The restaurant is a basic NC barbecue pork restaurant. They also have a few other choices on their menu if you aren't in the mood for barbecue pork, however. Their... More

We expected a lot from this restaurant as it was recommended by our nearby hotel. The barbecue was average, the iced tea was very dilute, the fries were lukewarm and the counter staff seemed disjointed. Not a repeat for us.

Being a diehard fan of eastern style 'que, I was pleased to find Country BBQ. Their sauce is a perfect marriage of eastern and Lexington. Will be back!
