We love to stop here after a movie or dinner to get a treat, usually a haystack or two. There is a good selection of treats and they are fresh, delicious and fairly priced. I highly recommend.

Despite their mixed reviews here on Trip Advisor, we decided to give Amoroso's a try because I had a Buy 1, Get 1 Free Cupcake coupon. We went in about noon to get the cupcakes. There was a fair number of varieties of cupcakes in the display cabinet - not a vast assortment, but adequate. The rows of cupcakes were... More

We have frequented this establishment many times. Although we are always satisfied with the various items we have bought, we are almost NEVER satisfied with the customer service. The cake slice sizes are not consistent; if you are going to charge by weight, this makes sense. Unfortunately, Amoroso's charges by the slice so depending on who cuts it, you can... More

Tried this place while working in high point, and enjoyed it. Took some home and family wanted me to bring more home the next day. Tried the lemon bar and it was amazing. Received good service, and will hopefully go back soon.

Friendly service, delicious cupcakes. We had four different kinds although I cant remember which ones. They were on the expensive side IMO however they were rather large, and you do pay for homemade.

We went to pick up a bunch of mini-cupcakes here as a surprise for my sister since they're her favorite, and this was our first time trying food here. What a great place! Really awesome variety (Snickerdoodle cupcake? Salted caramel cupcake? Cookie Dough bonbon? Yes please!), knowledgeable staff, and very comfortable, welcome eating space right there. Can't wait to go... More

This review is really for the newly opened Amoroso's Bakery on Guilford College Rd. The cookies, cakes and chocolates were delicious! My favorite was the giant gingersnap. It was crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy inside... absolute perfection!

My girlfriend and I like to stop here either before or after the movie we see at the Palladium Cinemas. Amoroso's has a great selection of delicious desserts, and lots of chocolate items for this "chocoholic".

My 4 yr old granddaughter came to visit and spotted the cupcakes and had to have one. She worked on it for 2 days. I have returned 3 times since. The desserts are awesome. Staff is somewhat "stiff". The owner is a nice guy.

I like having a bakery close to home. They have great cakes. I especially love the Strawberry Red Velvet Cake.
