Paoletti's is expensive and worth the price. It reminds me of a great fine dining restaurant in Little Italy in NYC. The atmosphere is romantic, the service is impeccable and the food is fabulous.

Best Italian food in Highlands, Sapphire or Cashiers area. I had the special crab stuffed halibut and she had pasta with meat sauce. Cooked perfectly. Great wine selection. In business for 33 years. There is a reason why.
