Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Let's start with their problem - at present they are surrounded by massive roadworks - must be a misery for them, BUT all the more reason to take a little time getting over to their access point and going in. A real five-star shopping and...eating experience - you will not be disappointed. The quality of the massive hand carved wooden bowls was awesomeMore

OK, so I've been coming to the Orange Grove for years, and it's never a let down! We come for one dish only! The vegetarian garnachas which are TO DIE FOR!! The dining area is simple, outdoor, and clean. The service spot on and of...course, the food simple, but exquisite Belizean food! Please! If you're in Unitedville, check the Orange Grove out! You won't be disappointed!More

Then you need to find your way here. And I mean today. I had the salad and the homemade tamaran dressing was amazing. The owner is so courteous and he makes an awesome caramel frozen coffee. He truly takes pride in his food...and it shows

We have been to the Orange Gallery gift shoppe many times on our travels in Belize, but had never eaten there. One morning, on our way to Spanish Lookout, we decided to stop for breakfast. The outdoor setting was very peaceful with the beautiful landscaping...and birds on the grounds. Our server was very pleasant and efficient without being overbearing. We had the Italian crepes (4 crepes with mushrooms, onions, peppers and basil sprinkled with a little cheese) which were tasty but could have done with a little sauce on top (? basil pesto sauce maybe) and the Belizean breakfast (eggs, bacon, beans and fryjack which were very good). The coffee was excellent. We found the prices comparable with most breakfast places in San Ignacio. We will consider returning for lunch or dinner on one of our future trips.More

Enjoyed our tostadas. Tasty, affordable, and good value. Would go back again. And they let us use the hotel wifi.

Hi Rouvenhaack, Sorry to hear the food was "mediocre...at best" but I certainly appreciate the feedback! Since the 9th of November 2013, our policy has been clearly stated on our menu: "Our humble request: If you do not like the food for ANY reason, please...More

We popped into the Orange Gallery Cafe on our way back from the Mayan Ruins for some lunch. We were the only patrons in the cafe at the time of our lunch. I would say the service was mediocre, as the staff was not all...that attentive. The food was ok. It wasn't bad, but we both ordered barritos that tasted like anything we could buy in Idaho. We had eaten at so many great places in Belize that we were just unimpressed.More

Nice little spot behind Orange Gallery right on the highway. Outdoor, covered dining area with plenty of room for families and groups. Nice variety of tasty local and international food. Stopped at Belize on our Carnival cruise. Our excursion to Cahal Pech Mayan site included a stop here on the way back to the cruise port. First off - there are many nice Belizean arts and crafts, which are mostly made on location. We had...an authentic Belize style lunch included in our excursion, which consisted of coleslaw, rice with beans, and chicken (with a Red Ricardo seasoning). This was fantastic! Also ordered a Belikin beer - almost very good.More

The food and beverage at the Orange Gallery is outstanding! The staff treats you like family. We stayed at the Guesthouse for 4 days. While the room was old, the bathroom was completely redone with very nice fixtures and a huge, tiled, walk-in shower. Our...room was cleaned daily. We felt very secure during our stay as the business has 24 hour security. We would definitely recommend this place for a stop to eat or a place to stay. The owner and his family live on-site, and they also treat the guests kindly. Even the staff in the Gift Shop are outstanding in their expertise of the items they sell, as well as their professional behavior toward customers.More

We usually eat lunch here when we're up in the Cayo district. They have wonderful sandwiches big enough to split. They also (when in season) grow and provide Tamarind juice which is great. I believe they make their own bread. There is also an art...gallery attached with many wonderful hand carved wood pieces, jewelry and artwork.More
