Delicious food! Red curry coconut duck is delicious! Pad Thai outstanding! Service friendly! Decor interesting... Much better inside than outside although needs some updating... Don't let outside fool you... It looks sort of like a dive from the outside but the inside is older but decently kept... Except the plumbing inside the nicely renovated restrooms needs some work. If this... More

Outside signage doesn't do this gem in Jacksonville justice. Authentic Thai cuisine delivered with prompt and pleasant service. Quiet & delightfully decorated dining room makes for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

If you enjoy Thai food, you will love this authentic Thai restaurant. Owner Chef Eddie is a native of Thailand, the restaurant itself is lovely inside and the wait staff is impeccable. The food is simply wonderful. We've met people who drive from other parts of North Carolina, hours away, just to eat here!

Don't let the exterior deceive you. The interior is very clean and the food is some of the best thai you will find! I highly recommend trying this place!

I've been coming here for years. Always great service and the food is beyond superb. The building itself is a little old but decorated nicely and always clean.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Jacksonville. The food is delicious. Even when I haven't been there in a couple of months, they remember my favorite dish.

Old Siam in the only authentic Thai restaurant in Jacksonville. The atmosphere is good, food is great, and prices are a little steep.
