Stopped in for a bite and a brew. The service was pretty good. The food was more than adequate. I had the Stout...boom! Very nice. I tasted my friends "Olsch" also pretty good.

My husband and I stopped in while on a short get-away last weekend. We went in early on Friday night; around 5ish. We sat down right away and had wonderful service. We ordered a flight of beer to try out the different options. I had pan seared scallops (amazing!!) and he ordered the pork/beer dish. All of our food was... More
We went as a group of four on a Saturday evening in the off season to grab a drink before dinner. The place was packed and it took some time to flag down the bartender, because he was super busy. They really should have had one more person behind the bar. Once we got our beers we snuck to the... More
What a wonderful spot to eat..I had the tuna app and the shrimp and grits (recommended by the show diners, drive in's and dives.).. no dive!.. my husband had the filet - it melted in your mouth.. I got the small portion so I'd have room for dessert - chocolate lava cake..just delish! Thursday nights half off a bottle of wine..could... More
We have been coming down to the Outer Banks for years and always make the brewing station a must stop every time. We just enjoyed another great visit on Tapas Thursday with a Peruvian theme. We tried 5 of the 6 tapas and absolutely loved each one. My favorite was the steamed mussels and the pork belly sliders. The staff... More
Off season for this tourist spot, but it's certainly one of the best times of the year to visit. The Outer Banks Brewing Station is a nice year round spot to spot for a drink and a bit to eat. The restaurant is inviting with a rustic beach style decor, with nice views of the local scene. The staff is... More
Had found this place on tripadviser - my husband likes to go to brew pubs and try different beers. It is supposedly America's first wind powered brew pub - there is a big windmill outside. We went in the early evening and it was still very warm meaning many mosquitos about - however the restaurant has a double entry doo... More
Went with husband and 2 kids - ages 11 and 9. Great atmosphere and food was amazing! Had the Yard Bird - loved it. Was disappointed the Peanut butter bomb and Key lime Cheesecake were out of stock as this was for my 40th birthday meal and we had all planned on getting desserts. Ended up skipping desserts and just... More
We stopped in while we were down for a wedding vendor weekend, and it was great. We typically stay in Corolla, but were staying in KDH, and stumbled upon this place. The appetizers were delish and so was the beer.
Wanted a lighter fare after heavy, "gourmet" meals, this was just the place for us. Nice variety of pub food and upscale offerings, wide variety of beers, many of which are brewed on site, nice selection of libations served in flights if you want variety, good for family and groups.
