Had heard people go just for the salad bar....what? It was okay, but very small and I've seen a lot better. The onion rings were tasty, but greasy. The BBQ was good and the side items we had were good. If I lived closer I might go back, but living 30-45 minutes away makes it difficult to justify going for... More

Love this little hole in the wall BBQ place. It is genuine and delicious bbq with a low-key vibe and great wait staff.

A must stop BBQ place just east of the State Line on Hwy 64. I have been stopping there on my NC trips from Georgia for 25 years. You will be glad you stopped there for the BBQ pork, beef, blackened fish and the onion rings! :-)

We stopped by on Friday afternoon, not too busy. I had ribs, and husband had brisket. The ribs were dry, seemed to be warmed up with sauce poured over them but the brisket was moist.

We drove 1 and 1/2 hours to try this place due to a recommendation from someone from Murphy we met in Atlanta. We were told about this incredible salad bar and bbq. As soon as we walked in, I looked for the salad bar. It was about 5 feet long, nothing special. We ordered the chopped pork plate. I ordered... More
