Me and my mom go here quiet frequently. I love the Californian has turkey havarti ranch tomato lettuce and avocado grilled. It is so good I could eat one everyday. I also like the avocado pesto melt. My mom always gets a salad all of the dressings are made in house. She really likes the ginger and the blue cheese... More

Very good veggie sandwiches and soup. Reasonably priced and different than the average lunch shop. Many veggie choices and regular menu selections. Order at the counter.

Delicious sandwiches, soups, salads and more! I've been coming for years and it is always good. Service is a little slow but what do you expect from gourmet sandwiches??? Tons of specialty drinks.

My favorite sandwich in Raleigh is Sunflowers' Avocado Melt. The combination of everything on it makes it perfect! I am sure other items are delicious but I only order the melt!

My BFF and I meet monthly to enjoy lunch at Sunflowers and catch up. The owner and her husband, as well as all the employees, are extra friendly and kind every single time. Love her homemade seasonal soups (cold options during warmer weather) and best sandwiches around! Highly recommend Sunflowers!

Great for lunch. Very good salads, sandwiches and sweets. Go early or late to avoid the 12 o'clock rush but the food is good anytime. Order at the counter. Tons of healthy dishes with vegetables, salads, sandwiches.
