Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My partner and I came to spend the day at Momo on our anniversary. We were staying at a nearby hotel but came to use the pool at Momo and also have dinner. Our hotel was dry, so we fancied a few drinks on this...particular day. We pretty much had the place to ourselves, which was amazing! Both lunch and dinner were good, but what was better was the setting and the helpful staff. It was a very romantic place to be.More

We stopped off here on our Berber Village walk. Our lunch wasn’t fancy (cheese sandwiches and chips with salad and a cold beer), but it hit the spot after our long walk. The staff were attentive and poolside ambience nice. Recommended for a lunch stop...over.More

I stayed with my family for two nights in low season, and it was an absolute dream place. We relaxed by the side of the pool after a 5 day trek in the desert, and the relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms made...it a place we ware already planning to return to. The food was great, the open fires at night were so relaxing, and even the music was great. I really do highly recommend a stay at Chez Momo.More

Our beef skewers at dinner was almost cold and hard, cream turkey dish is the better one but the portion for both dishes is not filling. We loved orange juices in Morocco, since its all fresh but we are unsure about our orange juice at...Chez Momo at our breakfast..... If it is fresh, it was just very lacking.More

Bring time with you. The charming setting, the soulfully tended gardens and flowers just invite for a long, leisurely lunch. We had 4 salads and a grill platter plus tagines and desserts. Delight for the palette, though if you are lactose intolerant, tell them to...hold the mayo as it's not used sparingly. Wonderful team, from Mustafa at the reception to Momo himself who meets and greets everyone, make sure if you're not staying here, to at least have a lunch or dinner feast.More

Situated some distance from Marrakech towards the High Atlas mountains in the countryside near Ouirgane you will need to be adventurous to find this BUT your efforts will be rewarded. After a Slightly off road experience you arrive at this charming auberge. Superb Moroccan décor,...food and service. On such a wet day we dined indoors. However on most occasions one can dine at the many outdoor setting areas. One can even have a swim before lunch in the inviting large swimming pool.More

We ate here one lunchtime, whilst staying in the Atlas Mountains. The views were stunning as were the pool and the hotel and grounds. The staff were very attentive, happy to show us around the hotel for a potential future return. The rooms (with breakfast...and dinner) seem very well priced. The food was good (not the best we ate in Morocco), but there was a good choice and it was reasonable priced. It was a great afternoon out.More

Lovely restaurant but very poor service and food. It took me several attempts to gett he wine list and several attempts to have the wine delivered after ordering it only to find out that there is no wine list only the stuff they give you!...By then I was half way through the meal. Less than average food (and wine) and so we halted the evening immediately after the main course. It took an age to get the bill. not an enjoyable evening.More

We were in Marrakesh and took a trip to Atlas Mountains, but due to some road works ended up in the Restaurant. Seemed true peace and tranquillity. We had a table next to the pool with great view of the mountains. The food was fabulous....Make sure you dont let the Taxi driver order in advance but you go and order yourself. On our trip to the Atlas Mountains we stopped for a late lunch at this restaurant. It was set in beautiful surroundings. We sat by the pool for a pre lunch drink and then we were escorted to the table which was set on the...outside area of the restaurant. This offered a great view of the surroundings. The service was great and the food very tasty and traditional. Well worth a visitMore
