Salters restaurant is a lovely, warm and rustic dining area. The food is nice, generously portioned, foody enough without being pretentious and best of all no more expensive than an above average pub meal. Service is brisk and friendly and of course they serve the lovely Pepperjack! You can't lose.

I had a potato pizza followed by arancini balls. Both were delicious. A lovely and convenient location.

Took interstate visitors for an amazing meal. Great food and excellent service. The Barossa is always a lovely place to visit and explore.

I actually reviewed this restaurant as part of our visit to Saltram's winery. We can't think of anything that could have done better. Everything was fabulous. Friendly efficient service. Delicious entree of arancini, followed by excellent pizza with a perfect crust. Finished lunch sharing a delicious Strawberry Surprise dessert and top quality coffee. All with great wines of course.

We had no booking but the staff accommodated us even though they were busy for a Sunday lunch. All of our 3 courses were delicious. One arrived a little slowly and so the staff apologised and gave us a free glass of wine. The place is noisy but in a good way - obviously a popular spot and the noise... More

Very busy but the staff and food experience was very good - complimented by our cellar door purchase after lunch

Saturday lunch at this great venue in the Barossa. Highly recommend you make a booking. The specials board had Pepperjack Beef Pie with Ratatouille. Yum! Lots of great pizzas were being consumed on other tables. Then in to the tasting bar to sample Mr Pickwicks Tawny Port. 3 Bottles came home with us!

A group of 14 family and friends gathered for a lunch at Salters at the Saltram winery, to celebrate an 80th birthday. We had Champagne and nibbles first then sat for lunch. The choice of dishes was excellent and the chef also arranged a special meal for a vegan family member. Our meals arrived promptly and everyone commented on how... More

This was an eye opener as to the food provided in the wineries. Our group of 4 had the sharing plate starter and individual main courses . Another great place to eat.
