Meals and menu are always good. One of the positives about the Waynesville Golf Resort. Well managed. Good value. We never have to leave the premises for any meal when we are there.

Their wings are the real thing.no batter and very crispy fried. A variety of sauces, the lemon pepper were a little too salty but still very good. Garlic Parmesan were delicious. Salads are large and the quesadilla was huge. Add a good beer and you’re...in business.More
The Tap Room is a good place to relax after golf, or for a casual dinner. The staff are friendly, food is good, TV if you want it.
My husband and I had lunch here three times on our recent stay at the Inn. The lunch specials are a good buy -- delicious and reasonably priced. The menu has some great things on it too. I especially liked the salad with pecans, cranberries,...and other fruits. DeliciousMore
I had a high maintenance order and lovely Ashley placed it with a smile. Gorgeous property and exceptional mountain views from different vantage points. A new favorite resort - SO hope they get the spa open soon.
We have eaten at the Tap Room Grill before and have never had a bad meal. This time was not exception. The mushroom caps appetizer was also excellent. The burger was perfectly cooked and the grill divided the meal so my wife and I could share....We also had the house chips and they were the best I have had in a long time. Crispy and tasty. Shame they closed the restaurant for dinner even though it is used for the guest breakfast buffet and special events.More
Excellent burgers and salads. Cooked to perfection. Fries were piping hot! We dined there twice. Nice staff! Thanks to Dan, Alex, Dalton, Dylan, Anthony and Janet.
Lunch was excellent. Had a pimento cheeseburger! OMG!!! it was delicious. Definitely try it (and the onion rings). Prices for lunch are normal, not expensive
Very close to our room. A little dark. Had the best potato soup I've ever had there. They have nightly specials which were great. Service was fast and the servers were friendly.
If you'd like a burger or sandwich here, you'll come out okay. I ordered the goat cheese baked chicken and it was overcooked and dry, as was the broccoli. The Philly cheese sandwich was okay. Also, one day for lunch we ordered the Margherita flatbread...and it was good. For dinner, I'd definitely choose a place downtown.More
Located at Waynesville Inn. Really good specials with good prices. Waitresses friendly and good. Pretty good beer selection. Good steaks
It was St. Patrick's Day and we were a party of 5 arriving a little after 1:00 pm, well before the linksters had completed their round of golf. We were warmly greeted and given our choice of tables. We choose a round table in perfect...view of the many televisions in the room as the NCAA basketball tournament was on. Our server, Maddie, was friendly and told us about the many beers on tap along with the corned beef and cabbage special, although that is exactly what most of our party had expressly come for. I ordered the traditional Irish dish along with a Yuengling (although a Guinness for St. Patrick's Day would have been nice, were it available). My wife ordered the chicken quesadillas while another of our party ordered a "plain" cheeseburger with sweet tea with no ice, preparing to add additional sugar. The corned beef special came with a cup of interesting Irish soup and was served with a generous portion of corned beef over plenty of cabbage and sides of potatoes and carrots. The special was prepared to perfection as the corned beef was flavorable and seasoned just right. My wife reported that her quesadillas were among the best she had ever had, while our cheeseburger aficionado (usually a hard critic) deemed his choice tasty, hardy, and cooked just right and that the tea needed no additional sugar - a point that Maddie made that she had prepared the tea earlier with a generous helping of sugar.. This is usually a hard group to please without someone lodging some kind of complaint. However, on this occasion the food was excellent as was the service provided by Maddie. All in all a most pleasurable lunch experience.More
We had dinner on the second night of our stay here. The place is very cozy and friendly. We had hamburgers and the house special. There are tv’s on the walls so it is like a sports bar too. Good food, good prices and we...didn’t have to drive to town.More
This was our first time staying at the Inn, so Mom and I went to the Tap Room for a few glasses of wine and a bite to eat. Nice atmosphere, and the wait staff were very attentive. We both ordered a grilled chicken salad,...and it was very good.More
We ate dinner here 2 nights and were very pleased with the quality of the food and service. The A/C was having a hard time keeping up but the delicious food made up for it. Our compliments to the chef! We were surprised to find...such quality at a resort restaurant. They also delivered a lite lunch and champagne to the Balsalm Spa on-site at the Waynesville Inn. It was an excellent experience.More
