I was hoping to find a restaurant that had good jerk chicken. I came across this place in our hotel and thought I will give it a try. We go there its a nice little place in a strip mall. I ordered the jerk chicken with white rice and jerk fries. The rice and fries were good although i expected... More

The food and service was hands down the best. Words cannot express how good the food tasted and how nice our server was! You have to try the curry goat, ox tails, jerk wings and Mac and cheese!

i gave the Jamaican Comfort Zone 4 stars because the Jerk Chicken wings did taste good, and I didn't have to wait very long for them. I couldn't enjoy them because there were FEATHERS ON THE WINGS, which us a sign that the wings were not cleaned properly before cooking. Who wants to eat feathers, I tried plucking them out... More

My husband and I have been trying to eat here for MONTHS but always manage to try on a Sunday or Monday, when they are closed. My children and I went in today for lunch...soooo worth the wait! My 13yo was adventurous and tried the full portion of oxtails...The sauce was so AMAZING that I wanted a bowl of that... More

We went on a weekday night for dinner-first time visit. They were not very busy-staff was very welcoming. I ordered jerk chicken, salad and cabbage. Salad was nice and delicious-cabbage was great, but the jerk chicken took me back to the Caribbean. It was so good. Hubby ordered the shrimp spring rolls he enjoyed them. Wr shared a pirce of... My new boyfriend took me here on a night out after his recently discovering this restaurant. We both are new to the area and in search of the best of Wilmington. He is Cuban/Brazilian, and was going on and on about finally finding a restaurant in Wilmington that serves Oxtails as good as what his Mother has always cooked for... More

A very nice, small Jamaican restaurant. We shared a beef patty, and fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. The jerk dipping sauce for the fried green tomatoes had just the right amount of spice and was very delicious. For an entree, one of our friends had the Curry Goat, which we all sampled. It was outstanding. I had the Ox... More

Hubby & I were being adventurous with date night. I have nothing to compare this to, but I thought the food was good. Hubby says jerk chicken was very flavorful. I got the curry chicken and it was good. I believe the lady was the owner- she was very helpful in giving us small samples of their sauces. Atmosphere was... More

My husband took me and our daughter out to eat yesterday evening for Mother's Day. Due to the weather (Tropical Storm Ana) we had the place to ourselves. The meal itself as well as the service was outstanding. This place is highly recommended. Make sure you speak to Ms. Val
