We stopped on our way to Bemidji for brunch. I had a garbage omelet and my husband had the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. The omelet was full of meat and vegetables. I could not finish it. It was so generous. The tomato soup was definitely homemade with chunks of tomato. The grilled cheese was perfect. Service was friendly... More

My wife and I love little diners like this! It was just what we hoped it would be, friendly and delicious! I had the Northside Skillet with Pancakes and my wife had the Veggie Omelette with hash browns and toast! Mmm mmm good!

After reading reviews was excited to try but was disappointed. Got a table fairly quickly but waited 45 minutes (server didn't come back once to refill coffee or top up drinks) we flagged her down to ask how much longer and she said there was a table ahead of us then ours would be made. Instead of waiting who knows... More

We chose this restaurant over the chain places and found the food to be home cooked and excellent. We will return again while in Grand Forks.

Took the Trip Advisor recommendations and stopped at this family cafe just off the interstate. Just what I was looking for - local home cooking. Had the giant caramel roll that I remember from bakeries growing up while my dad and boyfriend had scrambled egg combinations. Loved the hash browns!

We go there often for breakfast on the weekends, the selections are many and always plentiful. Sometimes they can get busy and it is first come first seated.....so best to get there early. They do have a back room they often open on weekends. The food is tasty but typical fair for a locally owned diner. The selection is good,... More

It was just like going to your Mom's or Grandma's for Sunday dinner. We had the Beef Dinner special. $5.85 each with salad (or soup) roll and enormous plate of pot roast and REAL mashed potato, bread stuffing (confused me a bit but it was delicious) and fresh picked green beans. The service was excellent and we left so happy... More
