Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Tradtional Italian food, just delicious. The restaurant is simple from outside but the food is just great. Good service too.

This unassuming place was by far the best meal I have had in Italy (and I have had a lot of great ones). Simply amazing! We are thinking of making a special two hour detour just to go again.

Very friendly and great service! The food: best meal we had in 10 days and we've been in Liguria and Tuscany. This was unexpected the best pasta we had the whole vacation.

Amazing trattoria with local food and ingredients. Torta fritta delicious, charcuterie special, prosciutto, culatelo, salami, etc. The menu was very good, wine lambrusco, I tried a savarin with risotto and bacon plus salsa béchamel, beautiful One of the best I had this time in Italy

Wonderful cozy feeling hits you the minute you walk in this small family resturant. The pasta is all home made and their chicken broth can only be described as ,,"Italian comfort food". Out of this world! The owners very carefully respect the traditional kitchen of...the Emilia Romagna region know throughout the world as one of the best in Italy. Everything's top quality and it's really difficult to save space for their homemade pies and cakes.Yum Yum! I take my clients there with their Gloldens and they are always welcomed with a pat on the headMore

We came there on the way to Fidenza shopping village . The torta fritta is made in front of you , can be plain or with cheese or some salami on the side . Big , thin , pastry pies just freshly made in front...of you - definitely a perfect snack . 10€ we paid for two full packs and each torta fritta is a size of a hand. If you there do try it , you will not regret !More

A small place where you better book a table even at noon. Very large selection of excellent pasta dishes. Very good torta fritta to eat with the selection of culatello and Parma ham. Don't go for expensive wines, the house Lambrusco is excellent ! To...bad the owner are looking to sell the restaurant.More

Every time we arrive at "Dai Sibani" we fill like at home; great atmosphere, great sense of beauty and, since we're still in a restaurant, great food made with passion and love. Highly suggested to for a break or for a deep dive I'm the...best of Italian cousin.More

We were driving on the motorway from Torino to Florence and didn't feel like fast food. So we just trusted our luck and went off the motorway. And indeed we had a very lucky day, just a few kilometers of the motorway we found this...little treasure of a trattoria, with local specialities like torta fritta, lovely homemade pasta and absolutely marvelous desserts. The cakes with liquor were fantastic, I'm still not sure whether the vanilla one with a fruity taste or the chocolate with a nutty liquor was better, but he combination of the two was just heavenly. At just under 50 Euros for two people for antipasti, primi and dolce, we were also quite pleased with the price.More

I discovered this place last week and i really loved the place, people are very friendly but discrete (my friend used to go there 6 years ago and they still remembered her), it looks like at home (except the room where you pay, looks like...a little shop where you can see the desserts and plates of the day, all homemade, Yumi yumi!!) and the specialties of the region are good!More
