The food is great, the service and owner are friendly and there is plenty of parking. You can sit and look out at the water while you eat.

What a treat to enjoy a leisurely birthday dinner during the holiday season, without being bombarded with Christmas music and loud parties! The owner had made a recommendation for the perfect night to book, and she was right. We each enjoyed a fresh fish trio, and chose a crisp, sparkling wine to accompany. The portions were large and the entire... More

We have been here twice now and consider this our new go to restaurant when on the sunshine coast. Having tried many different "fine dining" places before ( Painted Boat etc.) we tried this place on a family recommendation. GREAT CALL! The food was delicious and the staff was soo friendly with our 6 month old Henry, they even carried... More

The food is good, atmosphere is pleaseant service needs a lot of improvement. very misleading to the public on their prices for specials as menus for their specials were not displayed or prices not mentioned to the guests. extremely unethical. it is the last time I went into that place.

Utterly fantastic meal with outstanding service. This is a truly sunshine coast experience, family owned and run establishment by long time locals with amazing setting, and owner-run attention to detail. Food was flavourful and exquisite. Ordered Halibut, Filet Mignon and two orders of duck breast, I personally recommend the duck breast, as does my wife. Perfectly prepared food, impeccable service... More

My wife and I had a wonderful romantic dinner at the Blue Heron. We had the seafood and steak/lamb/chicken specials and they were both excellent. Soup was recommended as a house specialty and was very good as well. The Owner was attentive and engaging and service was good. The atmosphere isn't overly formal so if you're expecting waiters in tuxedos... More

This restaurant is situated overlooking the Sechelt Inlet and is very scenic with great views. The selections were very fresh and tasty. The food while being very tasty is a bit pricey, but the entrees do include a soup or salad. Salt cod croquettes were a very tasty special. The service was good but there seemed to be a confusion...
