On Sunday, October 2/2016, while entertaining a first time visitor to Canada, Alma and Fundy National Park were must see destinations. After an early morning visit to The Hopewell Rocks, an afternoon tour of Fundy Park and a gorgeous hike through Dixon Falls...there was only one thing on our minds..... LOBSTER!!! (and Alma "Sticky Buns" of course) It was supper... More

We wanted lobster and were not disappointed. The lobster was cooked and chilled on ice. You just picked your baby, paid and took it home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would I rather have it hot? Maybe, but this was delicious. No one left any on their plate, either! I would highly recommend Collin's.

We drove out to Collins after hearing about the unique taste of freshwater lobster. You can buy and eat the lobster at the shop or take it home. The lobster was cooked and the staff even help you crack the lobster if you are a novice at it. They have scallops, salmon and shrimp for sale also. The staff are... More

Went for lunch. Got 2 cooked lobsters, got to pick out my own cooked lobster by look and weight. Ate the lobster cold because owner said it tastes better and he was correct. Found it fun to smash the claws open with my fist and eat the lobster the true way. If u want a unique meal go here. Price was... More

The whole menu is pretty much shellfish. Fresh caught local seafood dining outside in a large plain covered patio. The 1.25 lb lobster was $17.99. We were there just for the food and came away satisfied.

We discovered Colin's quite accidentally. It is tucked away behind the main drag, but there are signs directing you where to go. There was a large variety of sizes of lobster and even frozen lobster meat for those who don't want to crack shells themselves. We were camping and took a lobster to go. The lovely gent working went to... More

Bought lobster meat and ate it on a buttered bun, just wonderful, tender meat, delicate flavour, amazing (we dont get fresh lobster where i come from and frozen is not the same). Dont miss out. We first noticed some tourists picknicking at the rear of Collins, most of them had 6lb lobsters, with 7" long main claws. I have never... More

First of all, this is not really a restaurant, its more of a s hop and you can find anything your little heart desires. From giant scallops (reasonably priced) to shrimps, lobster live or cooked, basins full....... Also offer a variety of fish. They were very fresh and delicious and worth the slightly high prices. We had all kinds while... More
