Excellent food, super tasty and lovely range. However young staff have no customer service and need training and personality!

I've deleted my first review because the negative feedback reflected the delivery service, not the food. The following weekend we had dinner on the house and everything was absolutely gorgeous. I really appreciate their taking ownership and helpful attitude.

Great little place, had a lovely atmosphere. Prices very reasonable, and the food was really good. A definite improvement on the famous chain that beings with W... in quality and price. Recommend the Croquettes with Katsu... lots more to choose from we were spoilt for...choice. Which means we will be coming back. Tip: I did not realise, the plates were for the food as I ended up eating from the serving bowl.More

What a great place! We ordered takeaway (birthday treat) as we weren’t well enough to dine in, but the restaurant looked great, so will visit when we can. Our order was ready early, and the waitress even offered to bring it out to the car....Pork belly, chicken gyoza, tempura prawns, duck udon noodles and some salted edamame…all of it amazing! Definitely recommend it and will go again…👍More

Ordered a takeaway and extremely disappointed, paid restaurant prices for tiny little portions of very poor quality food. Value for money 1 out of 10.More

Really enjoyable family meal in this friendly local restaurant serving Japanese cuisine. Helpful attentive and friendly staff. Superb range of tasty dishes to suit all our appetites and a decent drinks menu with a varied range of cocktails available. Reasonably priced. What a fantastic evening!

Our first visit, trying out Japanese food before a trip to Japan…highly recommended….we explained the reason for our visit, and Sam (the female proprietor) pointed out what she felt was representative of a normal meal in Tokyo. Everything was fresh, quick and tasty…we had sashimi,...sushi, pork ramen and yakitori…we’re already talking about our next visit !! A++More

First time visit to celebrate a birthday. Very nice experience trying authentic Japanese cuisine and friendly staff. Order was quite expensive so will probably order deliver/collection of dishes preferred in future.

Tonight my husband two kids (5yrs & 8yrs) and myself ate here for the first time. We were greeted warmly, the restaurant was clean and nicely furnished. The food was lovely, fresh and beautifully presented. Highly recommend.
