Myself, partner and another couple popped in as I knew The White Hart had changed and wanted to see what is was like. We found such a change, it is so much better, warm, friendly and very clean (didn't use the toilets so can't comment), we ended up ordering food which was very nice, good service and helpful staff, well... I came in with my partner and we both loved it. We really liked the decorations and the relations between the staff and the guests are brilliant. When we first entered the Inn we had a really warm and nice welcome by a male member of the staff with blond/white hair called Alvero (later on we got to know that... More

Great service, nice location plus a good choice of beers make this pub worth a visit. The food is typical pub food but the choice is good.

Helpful staff. Spotless clean room with en suite. Room a little dark. Bed was huge and very comfortable, with extra pillows in cupboard if needed. Tea & coffee in room and a hair drier,

Went in for breakfast but was closed. No opening times mentioned on door and signs left outside. Was greeted by rude staff sitting about the pub. Avoid this place.

Pleasant comfortable surroundings. Can get very busy but not really a problem. Good for a sit and a drink, never eaten here.

I went for a meal on a Saturday evening along with friends and partners after many of us had run a marathon in the morning. The portions were certainly big enough to refuel us and the prices quite reasonable. The Nachos starter was terribly salty and my wife couldn't eat it, but the mixed grill was a big plate of... Cigarette smell all around Bat, Main Entrance and my ROOM ! Wifi didn't work ! Heating didn't work ! Food below average ! Unbelievable amount of narrow stairs to room - difficult even with 1 small bag! Intimidating at Main Entrance with Smokers restricting Entry. Unsatisfactory for a solo female visiting. However - Staff very friendly and helpful - suggest... More

The White Hart offers a fantastic range of good pub-grub, lunch deals and weekly specials. We have an eclectic range of premium spirits, hand-pulled real ale, premium lagers, craft beer and bottled beer and ciders. We are a family friendly pub and welcome dogs onto the premises too. We also have plenty of TV's and 2 big screens to watch all the big games on, but have managed to strike the balance of being the place to be to watch sport, without being a 'sports bar'. Reservations for peak times are recommended and if you need a place to rest your head,
