The building and decor are great but really let down by the service and food! Service slow and the food is ok but nothing to shout about. The cake really let it down not amazing selections or quality. Such a shame!

Food is nice here. Only issue is the waitresses are so miserable. Had to wait about 20 mins to order. Food came out quickly though and was tasty. It’s just the customer service which lets this place down I’m afraid. If you sort that out...More

Visited with family 2 days ago and although the cream tea was good, the service was painfully slow and waitresses seemed unable to smile. Would return but speed things up please

Staff seem uninterested , had to wait ages for a very average afternoon tea. Sandwiches had thin packet type ham with no flavour, prawn sandwiches had no taste either. I paid £12.50 per head, which seemed pricey for the quality of the food. Staff never...More

We moved here a couple of months ago and have been trying out different places in town. Turned up on a Saturday and there was no space, no problem, happy to come back another day. However, the staff were rude and dismissive about it so...More

Depends what you want. The proper afternoon tea with the layered plates is £12.50 I think. They have an online menu, take a look
