Great to be back in Kaaizan again this evening, food was excellent (have really missed a good curry). Premises has a fresh new look insde and out, all necesary social distancing measures in place and staff wearing appropriate ppe. Service as usual was excellent.
This was our first meal out since lockdown and with everything that has been put in place we felt comfortable and safe, highly recommended.

Excellent food, superb service!
From the minute you walk in the door, you are warmly welcomed, with a smile. Drinks are brought to you immediately along with popadoms and condiments whilst you choose your meal. Service is fast but not rushed. By far the best Indian restaurant in St Neots, with great portion sizes both in house and takeaway.
We are regulars, and the staff always take the time to speak with us and make us feel special.

Fortunately, this is our local but this is definitely the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten and definitely worth the visit!! Always walk away full with the generous portions; never had a bad meal; the waiters are always happy to go above and beyond to give the best customer service. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious and so well-priced.

This used to be a really good Indian takeaway, but won't be ordering here again. All our dishes were swimming in oil and the King prawn jalfrazi I had the prawns were well overcooked and tough.
It's not a cheap takeaway when you get Indian and this definitely wasn't worth the money even with a just eat discount.

This use to be my go to curry house, but in my opinion has lost its charm. The last time I ordered a curry it was bland and I thought "just an off day" but I ordered again and this curry was worse. I ordered chips, naan and a chicken Dopiaza, I'm not sure what I got. It was tasteless with very little sauce. What was really disappointing was the fact I'm very close to the restaurant and my order was cold. I had a few mouthfuls and chucked it in the bin. I did not complain as I simply will not be back so I did not give them the chance to put things right. I'm sure they would have. Such a shame as this was a great place.

I did make a call as felt I should say. I never moan at food, but tonight was a huge disappointment. The lamb tikka masala was ok apparently but the korma and passanda was so bland and so watery not enjoyable at all with no flavour as well as the bhajis being rock hard.
I can’t afford takeaways often and this was a lot for me to spend on a Saturday night being a single parent and wanting to enjoy a meal with my kids!
I just want you to know as dont want other customers being disappointed and hope you make the flavours better!
All I received was as ok any Should have said about a refund of some sort. Unfortunately you are just up the road and probably won’t use again

I was highly recommended by a few people to try Kaaizans. And I'm very pleased I did. The service from start to finish was amazing, our lovely waiter Ripon made our evening extra special by going above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our evening. The best curry we have had in St neots. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

We tried this place after moving to the area a few weeks back. Very nicely decorated in modern style, good hygiene, very good and polite service. Food was all very good, well presented and good portions etc - no complaints at all. Very good value, about 10-15% cheaper than other Indian restaurants in the area for same order.

I’ve been getting takeaways from here for years and should have written a review a long time ago! But consistently excellent food and service over a number of years - I wouldn’t get an Indian takeaway from anywhere else in St Neots. Biryani’s delicious, as is the Chicken Tikka Naga. Dry highly recommended 👍 .

Came here for a meal tonight. Have had many takeaways which have always been good. The meal in the restaurant was excellent will definitely come again. The service was excellent the waiter was excellent could not fault it. Everything was so clean. Than you again for a wonderful experience .

Delivery and service excellent, no faults there. Majority of food also excellent. Sadly let down by *very* tough lamb in tika naga, real shame. However, please don’t allow this to put you off ordering from here, as mentioned previously, most everything else was superb.

Absolutely delicious food here. Would be hard pushed to find a better Indian restaurant. Always spot on and always spotlessly clean. Such lovely staff too, really go above and beyond to make your visit memorable
