We have just recently moved to the area and after a few visits to the Tigers Head for drinks we decided to have a Sunday roast dinner, the food we received was delicious and very good value for money, the beer is also very good and the staff are very warm and friendly, what a great place to visit after... This great place seems to have suddenly and mysteriously shut down - really sad. It was a great addition to the area - first Casa Mata in Weaverham- now this 😢

Came here one sunday lunch time, staff are very friendly. Lots of beer to choose from, and the menu is really varied too. All of our food was really good, and the atmosphere was chilled and relaxed, would recommend

It's the best pub and food in the area. Cannot understand why it's not busier. Love it. The staff and drinks are top notch.

Simply a great place to relax and have excellent food... The hospitality was spot on, the attention to detail with the menu and the crockery was first class and the ambiance perfect.

Coming in from the cold it was lovely to be directed to the Boot Room and it's woodburning stove as well as being given warming pumpkin soup (in a half pint glass!) and lentil dahl and rice. The beer was good too. I had wanted 'Cheshire cat' but it was not yet on tap so had 'Plum porter' from Titanic... More

Ate here with my wife, brother-in-law and his wife. Enjoyed ourselves tremendously with great food. To cap it all they served Black Sheep bitter.

We booked online via my phone for an early evening meal with family and 2 dogs and got a lovely table in the Boot Room. The food was good but not what I would call gastropub style. The service was good and staff very friendly. I would recommend for a cosy pub nosh and a drink in winter as there... More

This is a really good country pub serving excellent food and good real ales. Visit here and you will not be disappointed. The food is a little more expensive than the normal pub but it is good so well worth the little extra charge

Good pub atmosphere. Good whole-hearty food. Very good pleasant, attentive staff. Reasonably priced. Will visit again.
