Lovely friendly staff, Great tea, super scones and with the addition of proper clotted cream it would a been a good 4 stars. Others were impressed with the home made soup. Nice little cafe. Quick servce and very reasonable prices.

Lovely traditional cosy cafe in middle of Alston. We had bacon & eggs and toast and they were delicious. Wonderful home made cakes. Staff lovely. Worth calling into town for. Lovely.

Sorry we are so late getting back to you ! Dogs are welcome at the outside tables but we are too small to accommodate dogs within the café. Thanks Ian
